Product liability

To indemnify the insured in respect of defined events happening in the geographical area stated
in the schedule elsewhere than at the insured’s premises and caused by goods or products sold
or supplied by the Insured (including wrongful delivery of incorrect goods) by the Insured in
connection with the business, including legal costs recoverable from the Insured by claimants
and all other costs and expenses incurred with Insurer’s consent
