SECTION I : Material Loss/damage to Contract Works, Machinery & equipment’s & or Materials on site, by any sudden & unforeseen risk, other than those specifically excluded under the policy .

SECTION II : Legal Liability to third parties due to death/bodily injury including property damage. Subject otherwise to Policy Terms and Conditions.
