Bankers blanket cover (BBB)

Property :

Indemnity to the Insured for loss/damage to property within any of the Insured’s
premises or any recognized place of safe deposit within the country of trade or within the
premises of the Insured’s correspondent, bank or actually within the premises of any
transfer or recognized agent for purposes of exchange, conversion, registration or transfer
in the usual course of business AND
Loss/damage to Insured’s property while in the possession of any customer or
representative of such customer within the premises of the Insured for purposes of
transacting, banking business with the Insured resulting directly from;
a) Theft, Larceny, False Pretances, Burglary, Robbery, Hold-up committed by a person
or persons physically present on the premises where property is located
b) Mysterious unexplained disappearances
c) Being damaged or destroyed or misplaced howsoever or by whomsoever caused
Fidelity – Loss resulting directly from one or more dishonest or fraudulent acts committed
by employees of the Insured with the intention to cause the Insured sustain a loss or
obtain an improper financial gain for themselves or other persons in collusion. Cover
extended to include losses resulting trading or other dealings in securities, commodities,
futures, options & all other forms of derivatives, currencies, foreign exchange, loans,
transactions in the nature of loans or other extensions of credit in which dishonest or
fraud is committed by employees with an intent to make improper financial gain for themselves
or for other persons

Transit :

Loss of property in transit anywhere by registered mail or in custody of an employee or
any other person designated by the Insured or while in custody of any security or armored
motor vehicle for purposes of transporting on behalf of the Insured

Forgery & Alterrations :

Loss from forgery or fraudulent alteration of cheques, bills of exchange,
acceptance drafts, certificates of deposit, letters of credit, withdrawal receipts, money orders or
orders upon public treasuries
Other Extensions – Losses arising from transactions and management of secirities, Counterfait
currencies, fraudulent transfers, computer frauds ETC
